Welcome to Resortina (“Platform”, “Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account, subscribing to our services, or using Resortina.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Resortina is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform that enables hotels, resorts, villas, and accommodation providers to build and manage their websites, reservations, booking engines, room inventory, OTA synchronization, guest management, payments, CRM, reports, and related business operations.

You must:

• be at least 18 years old
• have authority to represent your business
• provide accurate information
• keep your account secure

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

Resortina operates on recurring subscription plans.

Your subscription includes access to the features available under your selected package.

Features may vary between plans.

Subscriptions are billed in advance.

Unless otherwise stated:

• monthly subscriptions renew every month
• yearly subscriptions renew every year

You authorize Resortina to process recurring payments using your chosen payment method.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us.

When you cancel:

• your subscription will not renew
• your account will remain fully active until the end of your current billing period
• after the expiration date your access will end unless renewed

We do not provide partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

All subscription payments are final.

Because Resortina provides immediate access to software, infrastructure, hosting, and digital services, payments are non-refundable.

No refunds are provided for:

• partial months
• unused time
• accidental purchases
• change of business circumstances
• feature preferences
• account inactivity

If a free trial is offered:

• it is limited to the advertised period
• it may require registration
• it may be withdrawn at any time

We may suspend or terminate abusive trial accounts.

You retain ownership of:

• hotel information
• room details
• bookings
• guest information
• images
• content
• uploaded files

You grant Resortina permission to process and store this information solely for providing the service.

You agree not to:

• upload illegal content
• infringe copyrights
• distribute malware
• attempt unauthorized access
• interfere with our systems
• use the service for unlawful activities
• overload or abuse the platform

Our platform may integrate with third-party providers including:

• payment gateways
• OTA channels
• Google services
• email providers
• analytics services
• mapping services

We are not responsible for third-party services or interruptions outside our control.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Temporary downtime may occur due to:

• maintenance
• upgrades
• security updates
• third-party outages
• force majeure

All software, branding, source code, interface design, graphics, trademarks, and documentation remain the property of Resortina or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell our software without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms
• abuse the platform
• engage in fraud
• threaten security
• fail to pay subscription fees

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resortina shall not be liable for:

• loss of revenue
• business interruption
• data loss
• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• loss caused by third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid during the previous twelve months.

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
